Apex Honing carried out inner bore honing for a large cylinder tube with an inner diameter of 1200 millimeters and a length of 1040 millimeters.
Using our PLC-controlled deep-hole honing machine, we improved the inner surface finish and bore accuracy, achieving a surface roughness of around Ra 0.2 micrometers.
Our capability not only to supply honing machines, but also to provide contract honing services for customer parts.
