Apex Honing (金祥液压) was founded in 2005 and focuses on the manufacturing of Deep Hole Honing Machine for hydraulic cylinders, steel tubes and other deep bore applications, with 500+ delivered so far.

Our core engineering team includes senior experts with background in state-owned machinery factories, with many years of experience in deep-hole machining and honing technology. This gives a solid foundation for the precision, durability and structure design of our machines.

• High-precision machining capability

  Ovality ≤ 0.02 mm, roundness ≤ 0.02 mm, and surface roughness Ra 0.2–0.4 μm.

• Environment-friendly, clean and low noise

• PLC digital control

  Parameters are adjustable, and the machine stops automatically at the end of the honing cycle.

• No-glue honing stones with mechanical clamping

  The honing stones do not need gluing and are mechanically clamped; when the stones are worn out, the machine stops automatically to protect the workpiece.

• Automatic detection and correction

  With automatic detection and correction, the machine can process and improve tubes with poor inner bore quality.

• Delta servo control, variable-speed spindle with inverter motor, and Schneider electrical components.
